Golden Knights Launch #VGKFitChallenge

The Vegas Golden Knights announced an all-new way for fans to stay active while staying home. Each day starting on March 24, a member of the Golden Knights broadcast team will introduce a new fitness challenge on social media. Members of the VGK Cast will join the broadcasters in demonstrating the proper technique for each workout.

Fans are encouraged to share photos and videos of them participating in the workouts by using #VGKFitChallenge on social media.
