Apr 4 Donate Life Knight

The Vegas Golden Knights hosted Donate Life Knight on April 3 as they faced off against the Winnipeg Jets at T-Mobile Arena. The game was presented by Nevada Donor Network.

Fans had the opportunity to register as organ, eye, and tissue donors with Nevada Donor Network out on Toshiba Plaza ahead of the matchup.

Player-signed specialty jerseys were available for auction on the concourse. A portion of the proceeds were donated toward the VGK Foundation’s ongoing commitment to encourage organ donation through the Nevada Donor Network.

Nevada Donor Network provided glow sticks for fans to enjoy to bring energy to The Fortress.

Special guests were honored throughout the game including living donors, family members of organ donors, recipients, and doctors. They even cranked the siren to open the game and the third period.

Even though the Golden Knights fell short on the ice, it was important to honor those who have been affected by organ donation and encourage others to become an organ donor.
