The Vegas Golden Knights celebrated Hockey Fights Cancer Knight on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at T-Mobile Arena as they battled the New York Rangers.
Specialty signed jerseys and player nameplates went up for auction through the VGK Foundation.
Fans filled out βI Fight Forβ signs to support family, friends and anyone who has been affected by cancer.
Pediatric patients with Cure 4 The Kids were honored on the ice pregame during the National Anthem.
Gabrie, the courageous warrior, rang the siren during the first intermission. Gabrie also designed a hat with Alec Martinez that benefits the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation.
During the game, the VGK Womenβs Business Award was presented to Krystal Galindo, breast cancer survivor and business entrepreneur.
The Vegas Golden Knights and Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada teamed up to surprise Danielle Green with tickets to VGK's Hockey Fights Cancer game and the chance to ring the siren.
The Vegas Golden Knights made an special night even better with a victory!
