Rookies Cashing In
With countless injuries to the Golden Knight’s top scorers, including Mark Stone, Max Pacioretty, William Karlsson and more, VGK has had to rely on the depth within the organization. Young guys and rookies have had to step up and score big time goals to keep Vegas in contention to win the division. Paul Cotter, Jonas Rondbjerg, and Jake Leschyshyn were the ones who stepped up and showed out.
Even better, Paul Cotter and Jonas Rondbjerg both scored their first NHL goals together in the same game!
Jake Leschyshyn followed that up with his first NHL point then his first NHL goal the very next game!
